A couple of weeks ago we bought a juicer (finally, you have no idea now how long I had wanted one). Since getting our juicer, I have been juicing anything and everything I can get my hands on (I feel like an episode of can you ice cream it, but with juice, obviously), because that’s what you do when you get a new toy, right? Right!  

So far, my favourite juice has been a ginger-beet juice I found via eating well. This stuff is delicious and I usually HATE beetroot, so that’s saying something. Instead of keeping the recipe to myself, I thought I’d be nice and share it with you (so selfless. Not really, it’s also an opportunity for me to bust out my stylus. I’m still learning how to use it, so apologies if you can’t read my writing, it’s normally a bit bitter than this).

      I might have to try this. I’ve been finding it so hard to wake up in the morning! I find that celery, apple, lemon and ginger is good for an energy boost too :)

      I haven’t really had an energy drink for years, I tried a Red Bull the other day (blueberry), and it was so gross, that I’m kind of scared to try another one (I can’t believe I used to live off them a few years ago).
