I’ve been feeling less than the best the past couple of days, some of the things I’m feeling crappy about I can change, and some I have no control over (which sucks). I spent a fair bit of time feeling sorry for myself and wallowing in self-pity, then decided it was time to stop focusing on the things that aren’t going right and to start focusing on the good (because there’s always good, even if I can’t/don’t want to see it).

I haven’t done a ‘weekly gratitude list’ post in a while (I know that’s a massive understatement), and I really want to get back into the practice of posting them regularly.
